  • Do you give treat samples?
    Yes! We do offer treat samples for $1 each, no shipping or taxes! Samples come in all of our flavors so that your pup can try out our tasty varieties. Sample treats are wheat-based (unless specified as gluten-free) and come in our Small paw size. (**Coconut Delights will be round treats, PB+J Twists will be shorter twists than standard bag size**)
  • What are your treat sizes?
    Our treats primarily come in two shapes, paws and bones. (**Coconut Delights will remain round, PB+J Twists will remain twists**) TREAT SIZES: - Mini bones : 0.75" x 1.5" - Small paws : 1.5" x 1.5" - Medium bones : 1.5" x 3" - Large paws : 2.5" x 2.5" - (XL) Personal Pup Bones : 2.5" x 5"
  • How do I place an order?
    There are 2 ways to do this: - Order through the online site (on the SHOP page): www.pbandchew.wixsite.com/shop/shop-1 - Order through our Facebook page (send us a message/comment!) @ www.facebook.com/pbandchew/ *Do note that all orders will take about one to three (1 - 3) days before being shipped!*
  • Payment options: Do I need a PayPal account to pay for my order?
    To answer this question briefly: No! Customers will usually have a PayPal account when they pay through the site. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use your credit/debit card at checkout.
  • How soon can I expect my treats?
    Our treats are baked to order, so depending on the size of your order please allow two to five (2 - 5) days for your order to be processed before shipping! We simply believe that good things take time and shouldn't be rushed and we apply this theory to our treat baking for our four-legged friends!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Sadly, no. We are based in North Carolina, USA and are not shipping out of the country as of this moment. All orders are shipped as soon as possible to ensure quality and freshness of baked goods!
  • Does my order come with a tracking number?
    Yes! Your order will send you an update email with a tracking number once it is shipped.
  • How long until I get my package?
    Shipping does indeed vary depending on where you're from. Generally speaking, shipping would take 2 - 4 days. **Due to issues within the USPS with COVID-19 and the holidays, your shipped treats may be delayed. Please consult your order's tracking number for daily updates on its whereabouts. As soon as an order is shipped, it is out of our hands and we do not ship expidited.**
  • Returns / Refunds?
    We do not accept returns due to the nature of the goods. ​ If you do have any issues with your goods once received, please let us know. ​ We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. ​ If you do have any questions regarding our returns/refund policies, please contact us and we are happy to discuss. ​ We cannot take any responsibility for packages once left and any lost/stolen or damaged packages need to be reported to the delivery company.
  • Can I request a large order?
    Yes, you absolutely can request a large order as long as: 1) It is placed with a MINIMUM of 2 weeks prior to desired ship date. 2) It is paid via invoice(USPS shipping costs will be defined on the invoice) Large orders must be requested via our Large Order Submission Form page prior to sending in the order for invoicing.
  • Do I get free shipping for a large order?
    No. Due to rising shipping costs, we unfortunately cannot ship large orders for free. Shipping costs can vary, depending on the weight of the shipment and the time that the order is due.
  • Is there a minimum for large orders?
    Yes. Our minimum subtotal for large orders is $150, not including shipping or sales tax.
  • Can I check-in on my large order's progress?
    Absolutely! We encourage customers with large orders to check-in on their order's progress at any time, however we will automatically send them progress reports on their order until it is completed and shipped. Any and all questions/concerns regarding a customer's order and its progress will be sent to them as well, should any occur.
  • How do I store these? What's their shelf life expectancy?
    Due to the natural and preservative-free nature of our treats, they do have a shelf life of about 30 - 60 days thanks to our dehydrating method. We recommend storing the treats in an airtight container to help keep them fresh! You can store them in the packaging they come in, however, you will need to ensure that most of the air is removed before sealing the bag. Our treats can also be frozen if need be!
  • Our ingredients: Why human-grade?
    Cooking healthy food with healthy ingredients makes for a longer life. The same goes for us at PB & Chew. We only use organic, natural ingredients in our treats to give your dog the best of the best. Sketchy ingredients? None here. Crazy long-named additives? Nope! Aside from that... we personally taste each batch.
  • Ingredient substitutions for dog allergies?
    If you dog is allergic to whole wheat flour (which is our default flour choice) then we do offer other options, such as: - Oat flour - Rice flour - Coconut flour We want all our customers to be satisfied with our treats, so please ensure you check the ingredient listings before purchasing to ensure your pooch will enjoy the tasty treats! We do our absolute best to provide all details of the product in the product description of each item, including, size, contents, weight, measurements, ingredients, etc.
